ABOUT CHARLOTTE
Charlotte trained and qualified at an international law firm and joined Web Farm Media part time in November 2016.
Charlotte has worked on a variety of corporate transactions with clients ranging from innovative start-ups to international groups and has advised on a full range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, intra-group re-organisations and equity fundraisings.
During her legal training contract, Charlotte was seconded to a leading data protection and security company where she managed a global group re-organisation project. She was praised by the EMEA Legal Director for her ability to prioritise and manage multiple complex projects and was commended for her positive attitude and enthusiasm throughout.
Outside of legal practice, Charlotte has practiced various forms of martial arts for over 15 years. She also enjoys music and plays the piano and harp.
